There's no reason that a well made piece of leather gear that has been taken care of wouldn't last you a long time. How long is that? Well, let's say somewhere between five and fifteen years. That sounds pretty fair to me.
If something develops a manufacturing defect or doesn't function like it ought to, you can bring it back to me and I'll do my best to fix it. If that doesn't work, I'll offer you a replacement or a credit.
As part of my personal commitment to repair and reuse, if something you bought from me has been subjected to the rigours of life, such as being used as a cats scratching post, your dogs chew toy, or an abrasive shield, there's a possibility of repairing it. Id rather we all try and fix things before throwing them away. That may come at a cost. Contact me and we can try to sort something out.
